LEMON BUTTER SAUCE



Three ingredient lemon sauce! Quick 5-minute sauce. Simple ingredients and so flavorful, perfect sauce for many dishes like seafood, chicken, fish, pasta and vegetables.



INGREDIENTS


4 Tablespoons of unsalted butter [cut into pieces]

2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

2 Tablespoons of chopped parsley

Salt


PREPARATION


- Place the butter in a light-colored saucepan or small skillet over medium heat.

- Melt the butter and whisk or stir every now and then.

- When the butter turns golden brown (this takes about 3 minutes) remove it from the stove and immediately pour into small bowl.

- Add the lemon juice, chopped parsley and salt.

- Stir and taste. If it needs more lemon or salt then add a bit more.

- Set aside for later use.

 Note - The butter stays pourable for 20 minutes, if you want to reheat it place it inside the microwave for 15 – 20 seconds and stir.
