CREAMY FETA DIP “TIROKAFTERI”
Creamy, tangy and salty. Made with fresh feta and creamy Greek yogurt. This delicious Greek recipe can be transformed into many things like adding chopped mint or parsley; you can even make it thicker or thinner when it comes to the dip. For example, you want a looser dip then add a bit more yogurt, you want a thicker dip then add more feta, this recipe is just so versatile. This can be paired of with any raw vegetable, pita bread, crusty warm bread. You can even use this dip spread for any sandwich, toast or wrap. Perfect for gatherings, snacking and for these summer months!

INGREDIENTS
MAKES 2 ½ CUPS
8 Ounces of feta cheese (cut into cubes)
¾ Cup of Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
1 Large garlic clove
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon of salt (optional)
1 Teaspoon of black pepper
1 Teaspoon of red wine vinegar or lemon juice
Toppings For The Dip
Fresh chopped parsley
Red pepper flakes
Chopped pistachios
Olives
Chopped red chilies
Swirl of olive oil
You’ll Need One Of These
Blender
Nutri-bullet
Food processor
Immersion blender
Serve It With
Raw vegetables (crudites)
Grilled or pickled vegetables
Pita
Pieces of rustic bread
Spread it on your sandwiches, wraps or toast
PREPARATION
In a blender, nutria-bullet or food processor add in your cubed feta cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil salt, pepper and red wine vinegar. Blend everything until smooth.
Taste and season with salt and more pepper in necessary. Serve it in a bowl and top it with a swirl of olive oil and red pepper flakes.

+ This can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days. If the dip thickens add more Greek yogurt and mix.
