2 Garlic Cloves, Sliced
3 Cups Of Marinara Sauce Or Tomato & Basil Sauce
¼ Cup Of Water
5 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Of Dried Oregano
Black Pepper
Salt
½ Cup Of Goat Cheese, Crumbled

12- Inch Skillet With A Lid
(If You Don’t Have A Lid Use Foil Paper To Cover)

PREPARATION
- In A 12-Inch Skillet Or Pan Add In Your Oil And Turn The Stovetop To A Medium Heat.
- Once The Oil Heats Up Add In The Red Pepper Flakes And Garlic Slices, Stir For A Couple Of Seconds.
- Pour In The Tomato Sauce And Water, Stir And Let It Simmer For 3-5 Minutes.
- Crack The Eggs Onto The Tomato Sauce Leaving A Bit Of Space In Between Each Egg.
- Sprinkle The Tops Of Your Eggs With Dried Oregano, Black Pepper And Salt. Season To Taste.
- Cover Your Skillet With The Lid Or Foil And Let It Simmer For 3 Minutes. Remove The Lid And Sprinkle The Tops Of The Eggs With The Crumbled Goat Cheese.
Place The Lid Back On And Let It Cook For 3-5 Minutes More, The Time Will Depend On How Runny You Like Your Eggs.
