2 Tablespoons Of Scallion (One Small Stem)
8 Ounces Of Cream Cheese, Regular
4 Ounces Of Smoked Salmon, Lox
2 Tablespoons Of Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Of Fresh Dill
¼ Teaspoon Of Salt
Black Pepper, To Liking
SERVE IT WITH

- Round Or Square Gourmet Crackers
- Sliced And Toasted Rustic Style Bread Or Brioche Bread

PREPARATION
- In A Food Processor Add In Your Scallions And Pulse (Blend) Until The It Becomes A Fine Mince.
- Add In Your Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Fresh Lemon Juice, Dill, Salt And Black Pepper.
- Pulse Or Blend On High For A Couple Of Seconds And Remove The Lid And Scrape The Sides Of The Bowl. Place The Top Back On And Once Again Pulse Or Blend Until It All Becomes A Smooth Consistency.
- Place Your Mouse Either Inside Your Piping Bag Or Transfer It To A Serving Bowl To Use It As A Dip Or Spread.
