VEGAN BANANA ICE CREAM WITH COCOA DRIZZLE

When life gives you bananas you make banana ice cream! This dessert is the most sweet and scrumptious ice cream you’ll have. Nourishing your sweet tooth with natures naturally sweet banana and a little bit of cocoa does the magic!



Serves 2

Makes 1 ¼ Cup

Ingredients For Ice Cream

2 Large Ripe Banana

1/4 Teaspoon of cinnamon [powder]

 

Ingredients For Cocoa Drizzle

1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder

2 Teaspoons of organic coconut oil

¼ Teaspoon of agave

Tools

Food processor or blender



 Ice Cream Preparation

Peel your bananas and cut them into slices. Place the sliced pieces of banana into a small container and freeze for three hours or overnight. Once frozen blend the banana pieces in the food processor or blender. Whiz until it looks like soft-serve ice cream; using a spatula scrape the sides of the blender if necessary to bring the ice cream together and blend again. Serve and top it off with the cocoa drizzle. 

Cocoa Drizzle Preparation

In a small bowl pour in the coconut oil, cocoa powder and agave; whisk with a fork until it looks like a shiny chocolate glaze. Once the ice cream is ready drizzle the top with glaze. Enjoy!
