SOURDOUGH GARLIC AND PARMESAN BREAD



Sizzling sautéed crusty slices of sourdough with simple ingredients and zesty flavors!

Perfect for pairing it with my bacon & cheddar broccoli soup and my winter inspired soup.



INGREDIENTS


1 Medium sized sourdough baguette [sliced to your liking]

2 Large garlic cloves [each clove sliced in half]

2 Tablespoons of olive oil

¼ Cup of parmesan cheese

Freshly ground pepper


 PREPARATION

 - Turn your stovetop to a medium heat and in a large sauté pan add in your olive oil. Let your oil come to a mild heat and add in your slices of baguette. 

 - Flip your toasted side up and rub the sliced garlic onto the toasted bread tops. 

 - Add your freshly ground pepper and parmesan cheese on top and flip once again. Repeat the same steps to the other side of the toasted bread and serve immediately.
