NO MIXER BANANA NUT BREAD



This classic banana bread recipe is the OG of banana breads! Very easy and simple to make with great flavors and textures like raisins or dates and crunchy nuts! Have this with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy!

Ingredients

Makes One Loaf Pan

5 ripe bananas [mashed]

      1/3 cup melted butter

      ¾ cup white sugar or brown sugar

      1 egg [beaten]

      2 ½ teaspoon vanilla

      1 teaspoon baking soda

1 Teaspoon of cinnamon powder

      Pinch of salt

      1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour [sifted]

      ½ Cup of mixed nuts

      ¼ Cup of raisins or chopped dried dates


What You’ll Need

“Standard Loaf Pan” 8 1/2-inch pan

[8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 Inches]

One Large Bowl

One Fork


Preparation  

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. In a large bowl add the smashed banana, butter, sugar and egg. Mix with a fork till everything is well incorporated. Add the baking soda, salt, flour, and stir. In a small bowl add the nuts, raisins, and about 2 teaspoons of flour, with your hand fluff the mix until the flour sticks to the nuts and raisins. Add the mix to the banana batter and stir. Pour batter into the loaf pan and place it in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Once baked, let it rest for 5-7 minutes and rest. Enjoy!
