WATERMELON AND LIME JUICE
This invigorating juice is perfect for those hot summer days, not only is it refreshing but it’s also a great detox to your immune system.

Ingredients-
Serves 5 cups
8-Pound watermelon [seedless]
1/3 Cup of fresh lime juice
¼ Cup of fine turbinado sugar or monkfruit sugar
1 Cup of ice cubs
1 Whole lime [sliced]
Preparation
Slice the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon {discard the white rind}. In a blender place the watermelon flesh, lime juice, turbinado sugar and ice cubs. Blend away till smooth. Pour the juice onto the cups and place a nice sliced lime on top.

Notes
- You can make this juice a week ahead and drink it throughout.
- You can add mint leaves and sliced limes in the cup for that extra
yummy decorative touch.
