Ingredients

1 pound of large shrimp {peeled, deveined & patted dry}

1 Tablespoon of garlic {finely minced}

1 Tablespoon of ginger {finely minced}

½ Cup of white or spanish onions {thinly sliced, about 1 small onion}

2 Tablespoon of sesame oil

1 Tablespoon of honey

2 Tablespoon of soy sauce

2 ½ Tablespoon of Hoisin sauce

1 Tablespoons of oyster sauce

⅓ cup of cilantro {chopped}

Preparation

In a wok or a large sauté-pan add in the sesame oil and turn the heat to high. Once the pan gets hot add in the honey, onions, garlic, ginger, and shrimp. Sauté the shrimp until curled {but not yet cooked}. Add in the sauces and stir until the shrimp is cooked {4-6 minutes}. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy!

Tip- You can serve this with rice, noodles or even lettuce cups for a lighter alternative.
