Ingredients
  • ½ Cup of milk
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoon of brown sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons of butter {Melted butter}
  • Pinch of salt
Preparation

In a medium bowl add in all of the ingredients, except the butter. Whisk until the lumps disappear. Place the batter into the fridge for 5-8 minutes. In a medium non-stick pan ladle in a bit of butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Pour ¼ cup of crepe batter into the pan and swirl it around {it should look like a round thin pancake}. Cook each crepe for 20-25 seconds {medium heat} then flip it over and cook it for another 10 seconds. Finish the rest of the batter and place the crepes onto a plate. Cover them with a kitchen towel to keep them moist and warm. Fill them with your ingredient of choice and enjoy!

Tip- Finish of your dessert by adding my strawberry filling. {see sweets}

Tip- If you want to cut out the calories of the butter you can use canola oil spray. The flavor of the crepe won’t change and they won’t stick to the pan.
