Quick Grilled PeachesServers 4 Sweets
This quick and easy dessert is perfect for any gathering! Surprise your friends or loved ones with a spread of different toppings and let them make their own creations!
4 Small Ripe Peaches [Halved & Pitted]
2 Tablespoons of butter or coconut oil [Melted]
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar or Turbinado sugar
½ Teaspoon of cinnamon
Non-dairy almond or coconut yogurt
Grill pan or sauté pan
1 Cooking brush or pastry brush
1 small bowl
Place your grill pan or sauté pan onto the stovetop and turn it to a medium heat. Brush both sides of the halved and pitted peaches with the melted butter or coconut oil and set aside for later use. In a small bowl add the sugar and cinnamon; mix until combined. Dunk each halved oiled peach into the sugar and cinnamon bowl and then place directly onto the grill pan or sauté pan. Cook until charred and soft about 4 minutes per side. Once cooked place your peaches onto serving platters and serve with your topping of choice. Enjoy!
