Fresh Mango PicadaServes 4 Appetizers + Bites
1 Large mango [peeled and cut into medium dices]
½ Cup of green or red bell pepper [peeled and cut into small dices]
1 tablespoon of jalapeno [finely diced or chopped]
1/3 cup of white or red onion [cut into small dices]
2 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1/3 cup cilantro leaves [chopped]
Salt [to liking]
In a medium sized bowl combine the diced mango, bell pepper, jalapeno, onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves. Mix well and season with salt to liking.
