Blueberry Dutch Baby Pancake

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons of butter

3  Eggs (large)

½ Cup of flour

¼ Cup of sugar

¾ Cup of milk

1 Teaspoon of vanilla {extract}

1 Cup of blueberries (washed & dried)

Preparation

- Preheat your oven to 425 F degrees.

- Place your skillet onto the stovetop at a medium high heat and melt your two tablespoons of butter.

- Once the butter melts set aside for later use.

- Place all of your ingredients into a blender except the blueberries.

- Blend until smooth and frothy.

- Pour the batter onto the melted buttered skillet & sprinkle ½ cup of the blueberries on top.

- Place the skillet into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.

- Once out of the oven sprinkle the remaining berries on top.

Tip - You can serve this with different sides like syrup, strawberries, powdered sugar, butter and lemon wedges. Pick your toppings and enjoy!
