Ingredients

1 Box of cracked pepper & olive oil Triscuit (9oz)

1 Lb. Vine Campari Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)

1 Large peach (diced)

1/8 Cup of fresh chives (chopped)

1 Tablespoon of whole grain mustard

1 Whole lemon (juice)

¼ Teaspoon of salt

½ Teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation

- In a small bowl pour in the mustard, salt and lemon juice.

- Whisk until the flavors combine and set aside.

- Place the quartered tomatoes, diced peaches and black pepper all in a medium

   bowl.

- Mix the salad and pour the dressing on top.

- Toss the mix and sprinkle in the chives.

- Spoon the mixture on top of each triscuit cracker and serve!
