Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

- Place all of your ingredients in a blender.

- Whiz until you see a smooth and frothy consistency.

- Pour the smoothie into cups and serve!

 

Tip-  If you have left over strawberries, slice them up and place them into the smoothie cups before serving.

Tip- For a meal replacement add in ¼ cup of protein powder and blend it with the rest of the ingredients.

Tip- You can replace the milk by using soy, almond or rice milk.

2 Cups of strawberries {hulled & halved}

1 Cup of ice

1 Large banana

2 Cups of milk

1 Teaspoon of vanilla

2 Tablespoons of honey {optional}
