Ingredients

5 Lb. flank steak

1 Tablespoon of onion powder

1 Tablespoon of garlic powder

1 Tablespoon of black pepper

1 Tablespoon of dry parsley

1 Tablespoon of dry thyme

1 Tablespoon of dry oregano

1 Tablespoon of mustard seeds

1 Tablespoon of cumin

1 Tablespoon of coriander

1 Tablespoon of rosemary

3 Tablespoons of salt

Preparation

Preheat your gas-grill on low {or oven to 375F}. Place the steak on a cutting board and pat it dry with paper towels. In a bowl place all of the spices and mix. Rub the spice mix onto the meat. Place the steak on the grill at a low temperature. Cook the steak on each side for 20 minutes. Once cooked, let the meat rest for about 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Tip- If you have no grill, take a large saute pan and place 2 tablespoons of canola oil. Once the pan gets hot add the meat and let it sear on both sides for about 5-8 minutes, once seared on both sides place the meat on a sheet tray and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

Tip- When serving the meat cut along the grain {aprx.45-degree angle} and serve.
