Ingredients

1 Boneless pork loin {2 ½ pound}

2 Tablespoons of rosemary {chopped}

5 Garlic cloves

4 Tablespoons of olive oil

½  Teaspoon of ground clove

½ Teaspoon of white pepper

1 ¼ Teaspoon of salt

 

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400F degrees. In a food processor add in all of the ingredients and pulse until you see a smooth marinade. Place the loin into a large zip lock bag and pour the marinade over. Let the loin rest with the marinade for 15-20 minutes. Take the pork and place it on a roasting pan. Put the loin into the oven and let it cook for 45-50 minutes {138-145 degrees with meat thermometer}. Once cooked, remove the loin from the pan and cover it with foil for at least 10-12 minutest. Slice the pork loin and serve.
