Easy Charred Roasted Asparagus
Serves 4 Sides- Ingredients
1 Pound of asparagus {washed, trimmed & cut 1 inch of the bottom}
1 ½ Tablespoons of olive oil
2 Sprigs of rosemary
½ Teaspoon of salt
¼ Teaspoon of black pepper

Preheat your oven to 400F degrees. Place the asparagus on top of a large cookie sheet and drizzle in the olive oil {coat evenly}. Add in the salt, black pepper, and rosemary sprigs. Toss and place them in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
