Cheesy Corn Casserole

Ingredients

1 Package corn muffin mix {8 oz. box}

1 Can whole kernel corn {15 oz. & drained}

1 Can cream-style corn {14 oz.}

1 ¼ Cup sour cream

4 Tablespoons of butter {half a stick & melted}

1 ½ Cup gouda cheese {grated}

Pinch of nutmeg {fresh}

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl mix together the 2 cans of corn, the muffin mix, sour cream, nutmeg, and 3 ½  tablespoons of melted butter. Spread the remainder ½ tablespoon of butter onto a casserole dish {9 x 13 inch} and pour in the batter. Place it in the oven and bake it for 40-45 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and top it off with gouda cheese. Return the casserole dish to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is nice and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
