Tip

When I buy herbs I like to inspect them and make sure there are no signs of dark stems, dark leaves or mold. Place the herbs into a mason jar and fill them with water, {just to cover the stem part} treat them as if they were flowers being put on a vase. Place an open zip-lock on top of the bouquet of herbs and store them in the fridge.

Tip- Wash the herbs with water and cut the stems. Pat them out with a paper towel and place the herbs on top of a new kitchen paper towel. Roll the sides of the paper to cover the herbs and store them into zip-lock bags. Store them in the coolest part of the refrigerate.
