Free-style Tzatziki Sauce

2 1/2 CUPS Dressings + Sauces Free-style Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

2 Medium cucumbers {peel, deseed, and dice}

16oz Sour Cream

2 Teaspoons of garlic {minced}

½ Teaspoon of salt

3 Tablespoons of fresh dill {chopped}

2 Tablespoons of lemon juice

1 Tablespoon of fresh mint {chopped}

 

Preparation

Place diced cucumbers on top of paper towels and pat completely dry. Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Lastly add in the diced cucumbers to the mix. Cover the sauce and place it in the refrigerator for an hour. Serve and enjoy!

Tips – I use this as a dollop of sauce for my salads, gyros and even my baked sweet potatoes.
