Free-style Cocktail Sauce

1 Cup Dressings + Sauces Free-style Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup of Ketchup or Catsup

3 Tablespoons of prepared horseradish

2 Tablespoons of garlic {finely chopped}

¼ Teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

3 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

¼ Teaspoon of Sriracha Chili sauce {optional}

Pinch of Paprika {optional}

 

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Cover the sauce and place in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

Tip- You can serve this with my poached shrimp {see sides category for recipe}

Tip – You can leave the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

 Tip – You can serve this sauce with chilled shrimp, calamari, scallops or fried sardines.
